Sinterklaas
It's 5 December, that means Sinterklaas! I was a little bit late this day at work, since I didn't slept well during the night. It was another crazy day at work. I could have left at 4 o'clock, but I left at 16.30; then I did my last minutes Sinterklaas shopping.
I had to buy gifts for my father, he wanted a calendar of Rotterdam. I couldn't find the one he really wanted, but at least i found one 3 minutes for closing time of that shop a nice calendar. Then I had to buy still some more stuff, Luckily the music store was still open, so I could buy blank cd's. It was really terrible weather at that time... it was raining like hell, and I had no more umbrella since that weekend he died. And I had to walk to my parents house to have there dinner. So, I came sooked wet at my parents, how nice.
Also my sister, brother in law and my nephew were there. We had a nice dinner, as usual. After dinner I packed the three gifts in special sinterklaas-paper, and to the calendar, also the poem. Because on this side of the family it's the custom of writing poems.
Then by car we went to my grandma, where also my aunt, uncle and two big cousins came. It was a cool evening, a lot of joy. And nice presents. I received a calendar of Monet, and the latest book of Maarten 't Hart, my favorite Dutch writer. At eleven we left my grandma's place. Then I went directly to AEGEE, where we also celebrated Sinterklaas. The two activity girls Kati and Natasha were Sint and Piet :) It was cool.
We left at 1.00 o'clock in the night, and as usual the exchange students and me... not the board as they should be the last ones leaving....
I got home at 1.30 and went to bed at 2 :)

Did you wrote this poem by yourself or just write an existing one? And others?
What were those 2 girls?
